u-boot-fslc-mxsboot: Order DEPENDS by isolating the recipe append

u-boot-fslc-common_2025.01.inc adds DEPENDS += "bison-native
flex-native", and this recipe then added its own alphabetical list with
+=. oelint.vars.dependsordered accumulates the DEPENDS assignments from
the recipe and its required include (both in meta-freescale) and checks
that the combined sequence is alphabetical. The recipe's dtc sorts
before the include's flex-native, so interleaving the two += lists broke
the accumulated order even though each line is internally sorted, per the
Yocto Project Recipe Style Guide section 3.5.2 (DEPENDS/RDEPENDS
ordering).

Change this recipe's unconditional DEPENDS from += to :append so its
tokens are gathered as a separate override group rather than interleaved
into the include's sequence. This matches the sibling u-boot-fslc, which
requires the same include and was already changed the same way. :append
with a leading space is an unconditional append, exactly like the
previous +=; the recipe has no later hard DEPENDS assignment and no
bbappend touches DEPENDS, so the append timing does not matter here.

The target variant is COMPATIBLE_MACHINE = "(mxs-generic-bsp)" only, so
it does not build on the validation machine. The changed DEPENDS line is
unconditional and therefore also applies to the native class extension,
which has no COMPATIBLE_MACHINE restriction, so validation used
u-boot-fslc-mxsboot-native. It was rebuilt from cleansstate before and
after the change on imx8mm-lpddr4-evk (fslc-framebuffer). The effective
DEPENDS token set is identical on both sides (9 tokens) and the
buildhistory for u-boot-fslc-mxsboot-native is byte-identical:
buildhistory-diff reports no significant differences and the only tree
change is metadata-revs, which records the dirty working tree.
