imx-boot-firmware-files: Declare the deploy vardeps statically

A varflag takes inline python, so the SoC function names need no
anonymous python to reach do_deploy[vardeps]. Tested with bitbake
imx-boot-firmware-files -c deploy -f on imx8mp-lpddr4-evk: the do_deploy
task hash is unchanged, its sigdata still records deploy_for_mx8m alone,
and the deployed firmware is byte-identical.
