The driver uses the probe_peer cfg80211 op on 7.2 kernels, but the
rename from probe_client landed in Linux v7.3-rc1, so the build fails
against mainline-based 7.2 kernels such as linux-fslc 7.2.13:

moal_sta_cfg80211.c: error: 'struct cfg80211_ops' has no member
  named 'probe_peer'

Add a patch moving the version check to 7.3.0. Kernels older than 7.2
(linux-imx, linux-fslc-imx and linux-fslc-lts 6.18) are not affected.

Tested by building core-image-weston with linux-fslc 7.2.13 for
imx8mq-evk and imx6qdlsabresd; moal and mlan load on imx6qdlsabresd.

Update the i.MX ISP kernel modules from the lf-6.18.y_1.0.0 branch to
lf-6.18.37_2.1.0, matching the NXP LF6.18.37_2.1.0 release. The
version stays at 4.2.2.26.1. The update brings:

- LF-17513: fix the ISP crash issue
- LF-17486: fix build break
- LF-18017: convert the ar1335, os08a20 and ov2775 sensors to GPIO
  descriptors

Refresh the v4l2_fh compat patch for pre-6.18 kernels, which no
longer applies without fuzz after the video_open() changes. The
patch content is unchanged.

Build-tested for imx8mp-lpddr4-evk, which also needs the jailhouse
inmate device tree fix for linux-imx 6.18.37 to build.

Update the NXP Wi-Fi driver from the lf-6.18.2_1.0.0 branch to
lf-6.18.37_2.1.0, matching the NXP LF6.18.37_2.1.0 release. The driver
moves from release MM6X18542 to MM6X18552.p22, which adds SDAW693 and
SDIW623 support and fixes a use-after-free in the station info and
an arm32 build error.

The driver still marks the device as wakeup capable unconditionally,
so keep the wakeup capability fix. Its unregister hunk no longer
applies because upstream dropped the braces around devm_free_irq(),
so rebase it on the new source. The change itself is the same.

The meta-imx update drops this patch, which is left out here as the
fix is still needed.

Build-tested for imx8mq-evk, imx6qdlsabresd and
imx93-11x11-lpddr4x-evk. imx93-11x11-lpddr4x-evk also needs the
jailhouse inmate device tree fix for linux-imx 6.18.37 to build.

Update the Vivante GPU kernel driver to the version shipped with the
NXP LF6.18.37_2.1.0 release. The driver comes from the same
lf-6.18.y branch of linux-imx, and its sources match the ones in
linux-imx 6.18.37. It reports the same 6.4.11 build 1190909 as
before and brings two fixes:

- MGS-8830: fix kernel oops in gckGALDEVICE_Destroy during teardown
- MGS-8528: fix out-of-bound access in _PowerEnum

Set LOCALVERSION to match the new release. The license header is
unchanged.

Build-tested for imx8mq-evk, imx6qdlsabresd and imx8mp-lpddr4-evk.
imx8mp-lpddr4-evk also needs the jailhouse inmate device tree fix
for linux-imx 6.18.37 to build.

SRC_URI fetches only the drivers/mxc/gpu-viv subpath of linux-imx, which
carries no standalone license file, so checksum the header instead: 117
of its sources carry the Vivante dual MIT/GPL header. Unlike the generic
text, this detects an upstream license change, which is what
LIC_FILES_CHKSUM is for.

Validated on MACHINE=imx8mp-ddr4-evk: do_populate_lic re-ran and passed,
so the range and md5 resolve; the buildhistory packages tree is identical.

LIC_FILES_CHKSUM wrote the path as ${S}/../LICENSE. S expands to
${UNPACKDIR}/${BP}/vvcam/v4l2, so the expanded path still carries
variables that a standalone analyzer cannot resolve. A file:// path is
already relative to S, so drop the prefix. The file and the md5 do not
change.

Validated on MACHINE=imx8mp-ddr4-evk: do_populate_lic re-ran and passed,
so the path still resolves; the buildhistory packages tree is identical.

<title>kernel-module-ar: Document INSANE_SKIP ldflags exception for oelint</title>

The userspace tools are linked by the module Makefile via CROSS_COMPILE and
do not consume the OE LDFLAGS, so the ldflags QA check cannot pass and the
INSANE_SKIP is required. Add an inline # nooelint directive with the
semantic reason. No effective metadata changes.

<title>kernel-module-ar: Install the auto-response tools instead of copying them</title>

do_install copied everything matching ${S}/bin/ar_* with a bare "cp -f",
so the packaged modes came from the build tree filtered through the
building user's umask rather than from the recipe. oelint-adv reports
this as 'oelint.task.nocopy'.

A single mode would be wrong here, because ${S}/bin mixes two kinds of
file. The directory is not in git at all -- the top-level Makefile
creates it -- and the sub-Makefiles fill it with both compiled
executables and configuration data:

  usr/ar-wakeup-lib/Makefile cp ar_wakeup_tool $(PWD)/bin/.
                               cp ar_wakeup_rule_cfg $(PWD)/bin/.
  usr/ar-snmp-lib/lib-tool/ cp ar_snmp_tool $(PWD)/bin/.
                               cp ../ar_snmp_cfg $(PWD)/bin/.

So ar_snmp_tool and ar_wakeup_tool are linker output and want 0755,
while ar_snmp_cfg and ar_wakeup_rule_cfg are git-tracked 0644 data files
copied verbatim. Split the one "cp" into two "install" calls that say
so. The two globs together match exactly the four files the old
"ar_*" matched -- ar.ko has no underscore and was never picked up by it
-- so the set of packaged files does not change, only the stated modes.
