It builds against secure-obj, which is per machine, so it followed the
tune arch while its dependency did not (yocto-check-layer
test_machine_signatures: ls1012afrwy vs ls1012ardb). ls1012ardb content
identical; 4 QorIQ and 6 i.MX clean.

Its TA is built against optee-os-qoriq-tadevkit, which is per machine,
but the recipe used the tune arch, so ls1012afrwy and ls1012ardb hashed
differently (yocto-check-layer test_machine_signatures). optee-test, the
other TA devkit consumer, is MACHINE_ARCH too. ls1012ardb content
identical up to the TA signature; 4 QorIQ and 6 i.MX clean.

The app target compiles with plain $(CC) and never sees CFLAGS. Under
GCC 15's C23 default thread_test.c fails (false as an identifier, a ()
prototype called with an argument), and without DEBUG_PREFIX_MAP its
debug info fails the buildpaths QA check. Tested with bitbake libpkcs11
on ls1012ardb.

The apps compile with plain $(CC) and never see CFLAGS, so mp_verify,
unstripped here, kept TMPDIR in its debug info and failed the buildpaths
QA check. Pass DEBUG_PREFIX_MAP on CC. Tested with bitbake secure-obj on
ls1012ardb.

<title>secure-obj: Drop the OpenSSL engine</title>

OpenSSL 4.0 removed the ENGINE API, so sobj_eng_app no longer links and
secure-obj failed do_compile. Porting the engine means a new provider;
it was installed under openssl-1.0.0/engines, which OpenSSL 3 and later
never search, and nothing uses it. Tested with bitbake secure-obj
libpkcs11 secure-obj-module on ls1012ardb.

tsntool DEPENDS on cjson from meta-oe, which the layer does not require,
so world broke on QorIQ machines without meta-oe (yocto-check-layer
test_machine_world). packagegroup-fsl-network now pulls it only with
meta-oe. Checked with -k -S none world on ls2088ardb and p5040ds-64b
without meta-oe; with it, tsntool sigs and the RDEPENDS are unchanged.

OE-core removed python3-six (372ee47516) and meta-python does not carry
it, so ovs-dpdk had no provider and broke world on qoriq-arm64. OVS 3.1
imports six nowhere. Tested with bitbake ovs-dpdk on ls1046ardb (only
DEPENDS moves in buildhistory) and bitbake -S none world on ls1012ardb.

odp DEPENDS on cunit from meta-oe, which the layer does not require, so
bitbake world broke for Layerscape machines without it, failing
yocto-check-layer test_machine_world. odp-module, odp-counters and ofp
depend on odp and move too; packagegroup-fsl-network adds ofp only with
meta-oe. Task signatures are unchanged on ls1088ardb-pb with meta-oe.
