When building package fmlib based on Yocto version mickledore, there is below
warning reported:
WARNING: fmlib-git-r1 do_package_qa: QA Issue: File /usr/lib64/libfm-arm.a in
package fmlib-staticdev contains reference to TMPDIR [buildpaths]
Because the KERNEL_SRC is passed into Makefile, and not mapped to a target path
like the source of this package. To void this warning, it also needs to add the
path map in CFLAGS for kernel source.

When building fmlib package based on Yocto 4.0, there is below
warning reported
WARNING: fmlib-git-r1 do_populate_lic: QA Issue: fmlib:
No generic license file exists for: BSD in any provider [license-exists]
Because "BSD" is ambiguous, and there is no corresponding license file
in COMMON_LICENSE_DIR directory. So, set precise BSD license to fix
this issue.

Since OE-Core commit 9379f80f48 ("license/insane: Show warning for
obsolete license usage"), LICENSE field not containing SPDX identifiers
are treated with WARNING.
An automated conversion using scripts/contrib/convert-spdx-licenses.py to
convert to use the standard SPDX license identifiers has been done on
the entire layer.
