aiopsl: Use cp --no-preserve=ownership in do_install per oelint

do_install copies prebuilt AIOP images and setup directory trees into the package with plain cp -rf, which oelint.task.nocopy flags because cp inherits the invoking user's ownership. These are recursive directory copies, so install(1) cannot replace them; add --no-preserve=ownership, the alternative the rule documents. Validated with buildhistory: rebuilt aiopsl for MACHINE=ls2088ardb with and without this change; all aiopsl* packages are byte-identical (file lists, sizes, dependencies unchanged), because packaging runs under pseudo and records the files as root-owned regardless. aiopsl: Document INSANE_SKIP arch exception for oelint

The package ships AIOP accelerator-core firmware, whose ELF machine type is not the host BSP arch, so the arch QA check flags it by design and the INSANE_SKIP is required. Add an inline # nooelint directive with the semantic reason. No effective metadata changes. Signed-off-by: Luciano Dittgen

global: Set HOMEPAGE from SRC_URI

Add the mandatory HOMEPAGE to recipes that were missing it, using each recipe's own upstream git repository (github.com/gitlab.com) taken from its SRC_URI. Clears the oelint-adv oelint.var.mandatoryvar.HOMEPAGE error for these recipes. Only recipes with a single, unambiguous upstream repo were set automatically; recipes with multiple repos in SRC_URI (a main source plus dependency/patch repos) were resolved by hand or left for a maintainer, to avoid pointing HOMEPAGE at a dependency. The series [1] changed the way sources are fetched/unpacked and S needs to follow that. Additionally for git repos it moved away from having 'git/' as the checkout directory. This has been partly tested by building weston based image for imx6/imx6ull/imx7/imx8/imx8mm/imx8mp/imx95 based images. E.g. none of the recipes specific for qoriq is built time tested. As walnascar is no longer compatible with master/whinlatter drop it from LAYERSERIES_COMPAT.
