<title>uuu-bin: Checksum the real license files, not the generic text</title>

The GitHub release ships no license file, but the tagged source
repository does: a top-level LICENSE (BSD-3-Clause, matching the SBOM's
own licenseDeclared) and, for the bundled libusb submodule pinned at
15a7ebb4d4, its COPYING (LGPL-2.1-or-later). Fetch both alongside the
binaries and checksum them, following the pattern oe-core's unicode-ucd
uses for a license fetched separately from the artifact. S is set to
UNPACKDIR because this recipe never unpacks an archive into S; do_install
already reached into UNPACKDIR for the same reason. Neither license file
enters FILES, so the package is untouched.

Validated on MACHINE=ls1046ardb: do_populate_lic re-ran and passed for
both checksums, so the md5s match; the buildhistory packages tree is
byte-identical apart from the recorded SRC_URI. Two temporary QA
relaxations (license-exists, create-spdx) were needed for this recipe's
pre-existing compound "AND" LICENSE form on this build directory; they
are environment-only and are not part of this commit.

<title>uuu-bin: Document INSANE_SKIP arch/file-rdeps for oelint</title>

The prebuilt binaries are bundled for the MFGTOOL package and never run on
target, so their foreign arch and unresolved file-rdeps are expected and the
arch and file-rdeps QA checks do not apply. The INSANE_SKIP is required. Add
an inline # nooelint directive and reword the existing HACK comment to state
the QA semantics. No effective metadata changes.

<title>uuu-bin: Document main-package FILES override per oelint</title>

The recipe stages prebuilt uuu host binaries under ${libdir}/uuu for the
MFGTOOL bundle and packs exactly that directory, so oelint flags the
FILES:${PN} as oelint.var.filesoverride. Accept it with a documented inline
# nooelint.

No functional change.

Tested with uuu-bin on imx8mp-lpddr4-evk; buildhistory unchanged.

oelint's suggestedvar.SECTION flags the recipe for not setting SECTION.
uuu-bin packages the prebuilt Universal Update Utility command-line
binaries, so classify it under "console/utils", matching the layer's
existing SECTION vocabulary.

This only adds package metadata; the expected buildhistory delta is
the SECTION field alone, with no change to dependencies, files or
tasks. Verified with an oelint scoped rescan of the recipe.

<title>license: convert LICENSE fields to strict SPDX expressions</title>

OE-core now parses LICENSE as an SPDX expression, so the legacy
"&amp;" and "|" operators and non-SPDX names trigger warnings/errors during
parsing.

- pktgen-dpdk, skmm-ep, kernel-module-ar and skmm-host actually failed
parsing with a QA error (LicenseRef-BSD has no generic license file
since it was dropped from oe-core). Add NO_GENERIC_LICENSE[BSD] entries
pointing at their existing license text file to fix them
- Prefix non-SPDX license names with "LicenseRef-"
- Replace "&amp;" with "AND" and "|" with "OR"

<title>global: Drop needless whitespace in assignments</title>

Remove the stray space between an assignment's opening quote and its
line-continuation backslash, and the space before '%' in inline
${@...} expressions. Generated mechanically by oelint-adv's auto-fix
for a single rule (oelint.vars.notneededspace), isolated to one commit.

The affected values are whitespace-separated lists (leading space is
insignificant) and Python format expressions ("%s"% p is equivalent),
so there is no functional change; a re-run of oelint-adv reports the
rule clean.

uuu depends on libtinyxml2, which is provided by meta-oe. Keep the
recipe available only when openembedded-layer is enabled so a core-only
meta-freescale configuration remains buildable.

Upgrade uuu to latest release, which introduces support for container
format v2 required on newer SoCs such as i.MX943 and i.MX95 B0.

This version adds support for macOS on ARM. As a result, the former
executable uuu_mac has been renamed to uuu_mac_x86, and a new
uuu_mac_arm binary is provided.

The series [1] changed the way sources are fetched/unpacked and
S needs to follow that. Additionally for git repos it moved away from
having 'git/' as the checkout directory.

This has been partly tested by building weston based image for
imx6/imx6ull/imx7/imx8/imx8mm/imx8mp/imx95 based images.
E.g. none of the recipes specific for qoriq is built time tested.

As walnascar is no longer compatible with master/whinlatter drop
it from LAYERSERIES_COMPAT.
