weston-init: Fix bindir path, add task docs and scope AGL override per oelint

Use ${bindir} instead of the hardcoded /usr/bin in the systemd weston.service ExecStart rewrite (oelint.vars.pathhardcode.bindir); the substitution is equivalent since bindir is /usr/bin on the supported i.MX targets and the search and replacement strings change together. Add task[doc] strings to the update_file/insert_line_before/ insert_line_after sed helpers (oelint.task.docstrings). Scope the AGL bbappend's weston.ini removal by turning the unconditional do_install:append into do_install:append:poky-agl, since the removal is only meant for the AGL distro (poky-agl) that ships its own weston.ini. For AGL builds (DISTRO = poky-agl) the behaviour is unchanged. Signed-off-by: Luciano Dittgen

weston-init: Move weston.ini install to weston-init

OE-core now installs weston.ini from weston-init, so align our recipe to do the same. The IVI dynamic layer now has a copy of the weston.ini file that is normally produced by the weston build. The AGL dynamic layer now uninstalls the weston.ini installed upstream. Signed-off-by: Tom Hochstein
