Fix an early boot reset on i.MX95 (MIMX9596CVZXNAC specifically) by
upgrading the ELE firmware to version 2.0.5.
Version 2.0.2 of the firmware works with SoCs such as MIMX9596XVZXNAC but
not with MIMX9596CVZXNAC. The only difference between those SoCs is the
temperature range supported.
The 2.0.5 package ships under NXP EULA v63. Whitelist its checksum
in fsl-eula-unpack.bbclass so the package's own COPYING is accepted,
without bumping the layer's EULA file, since other recipes
in this layer still ship under v62.
