The ruby layer is no longer in meta-openembedded, remove references to that
from the README.
Implement the LAYERDEPENDS for each of the layers so that the layerindex
will populate properly.

Create new layer meta-openstack-swift-deploy which when included
into build will have Glance and Cinder Backup to use Swift
as backend storage. This layer is also place for contain any
Swift changes related to Swift deployment.
