meta-openstack: remove BB_DANGLINGAPPENDS_WARNONLY

bitbake cooker commit fca9c9e3cb6f8e9f99bf51dc5e8a8d83f4c84c69 removes support for BB_DANGLINGAPPENDS_WARNONLY and makes it an error to be set. So we drop it from our layer configuration. Signed-off-by: Bruce Ashfield

global: add explicit branch to all SRC_URIs

As introduced in the oe-core post: https://lists.openembedded.org/g/openembedded-core/message/157623 SRC_URIs without an explicit branch will generate warnings, and eventually be an error.
