github is removing git:// access, and fetches will start
experiencing interruptions in service, and eventually will fail completely.

bitbake will also begin to warn on github src_uri's that don't use
https. So we convert the meta-virt instances to use protocol=https
(done using the oe-core contrib conversion script)

As introduced in the oe-core post:

  https://lists.openembedded.org/g/openembedded-core/message/157623

SRC_URIs without an explicit branch will generate warnings, and
eventually be an error.

We run the provided conversion script to make sure that meta-virt
is ready for the change.

In capabilities, glance store imports enum, which is available
since python 3.4. For earlier versions of python we can use
the backported package python-enum34 from meta-python.

<title>python packages: add build dependency on python-pbr</title>

Some packages fail to build because their dependency on
python-pbr during built time is not properly stated in the
recipe. Sometimes the build succeeds anyway because the
python-pbr package has already been built previously. To
avoid the occasional build failure, this patch adds a
dependency on python-pbr to all those packages that
declare it as a dependency in their setup.py file.

This is the initial update to the kilo branches and SRCREVs for some
of the core projects.

These are known to NOT work, due to SSLv3 issues with oe-core, and
missing config/dependencies.

Incremental updates will fix issues with the components, but they are
best done in-tree, rather than sitting on a huge pile of changes.
