Because there are higher versions and python3 versions in meta-openembedded, Remove the recipe.

<title>python: Inherit setuptools instead of distutils for several packages</title>

The setup scripts of these modules use setuptools instead of distutils,
resulting in errors like this:

|     from setuptools import setup
| ImportError: No module named setuptools

<title>openstackclient: add missing python modules</title>

Attempting to run 'openstack' commands (such as 'openstack user list')
will fail with errors regarding missing python modules.

Add the missing module recipes and add the dependencies to
openstackclient.
