nodejs has been updated to 0.12.0 and all bash scripts
are re-packaged in nodejs-npm which has the correct rdepends,
so this bbappend is no longer needed.

oe-core now warns on detected missing runtime and build time warnings.
So we update our recipes to have these missingn deps (largely bash).
