intel: rework initramfs support

The WKS image creation ignored our old initramfs. Change to using an existing core-image-minimal-initramfs recipe and extend it with support for the internal MMC reader. Add separate recipe to combine the intel microcode and the new initramfs, and add wks file to use it. Remove all old recipes that are no longer used. Update meta-intel layer to the latest revision on sumo branch and make the necessary adaptations. Use WIC for the image creation and remove previously used classes that are no longer needed. Disable sandbox when running qtwebengine

Running WebEngine as root without --no-sandbox is not supported, disable sandbox in appcontroller conf so it affects all apps. Previous fix was not applied to NUC or Renesas boards. appcontroller: Use proper directory for XDG_RUNTIME_DIR

XDG_RUNTIME_DIR must be owned by the user, and Qt automatically changes the access rights if the directory has something else. Enable systemd's loginctl enable-linger for the default user 'root' so that /run/user/0 is always available.
