4G usb modems require option and usb_wwan drivers.
Tested with Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd E220 HSDPA Modem

Also enable as modules devices that can be connected to a target:
- usb

In order to decrease the size of the kernel I removed unnecessary modules
(drivers, debug capabilities)
