Subject: [PATCH 2/2] Resizer bug fixes on top of 1.0.2 release

This commit contains resizer bug fixes on top of
    PSP1.0.2 release -
       - 4096 aligned address constraint
       - workaround for extra page allocation for page aligned
         size buffers
