Subject: [PATCH] Add nss-resolve to the Name Service Switch (NSS)

Add `nss-resolve` so that `systemd-resolved` is used for name
resolution with glibc `gethostbyname` calls.

Upstream-Status: Inappropriate [no upstream, configuration].
