* Version 1.12 introduces support for libdw (provided by elfutils).
libdw adds source lines & numbers to backtraces. A new "dw"
packageconfig added for enabling/disabling this feature.
In addition, the old patch for deterministic unwind configuration
was replaced with one that also allows the same for the dw
configuration. This new patch was also submitted to bugzilla.
* Leftover docbook cruft was removed, meaning that the
"--disable-docbook" configure switch is gone.

The install hook needs to be a data hook not an exec hook (because automake),
the explicit dependency upstream added to fix the ordering results in
install-helpersPROGRAMS executing twice and potentially racing.

prepare/prepare_list vfuncs
In function gst_base_sink_chain_unlocked(), it should calculate jitter based
on current media clock, rather than just passing 0.
Or it will drop all the frames when rewind in slow speed, such as -2X.

On WIN32 the file argument to gst_debug_log_valist is shortened to just
the filename. This is useful not only for MSVC, but also with gcc/Linux
when doing cross-compilation builds and out-of-tree builds.

Originally from the https://github.com/dv1/meta-gstreamer1.0 repository,
the patches were copied with only one change:
gstreamer1.0-plugins-package.inc was removed, since gst-plugins-package.inc
is identical except for the LIBV variable.
