* Version 1.12 introduces support for libdw (provided by elfutils).
libdw adds source lines & numbers to backtraces. A new "dw"
packageconfig added for enabling/disabling this feature.
In addition, the old patch for deterministic unwind configuration
was replaced with one that also allows the same for the dw
configuration. This new patch was also submitted to bugzilla.
* Leftover docbook cruft was removed, meaning that the
"--disable-docbook" configure switch is gone.

The gstreamer common module ships a copy of gtk-doc.m4 that will be used in
preference to our patched form, so delete it before configure is executed.

PACKAGECONFIG options, add explicit initialisation in order to
match the style / structure of the other gstreamer1.0 recipes.

musl libc generates warnings if <sys/poll.h> is included directly.
The warnings only cause problems for the git versions (-Werror is
turned off for GStreamer stable releases), but since <sys/poll.h> can
be conviently disabled via configure let's avoid it for all versions.

may be present without the -dev headers. Add in a configure value to

Originally from the https://github.com/dv1/meta-gstreamer1.0 repository,
the patches were copied with only one change:
gstreamer1.0-plugins-package.inc was removed, since gst-plugins-package.inc
is identical except for the LIBV variable.
