* Remove backported patch:
1. 0001-v4l2object-Also-add-videometa-if-there-is-padding-to.patch
* Added RPROVIDES to handle the renamed plugins (oss4 is not enabled):
1. libgstpulse -> libgstpulseaudio
2. libgstsouphttpsrc -> libgstsoup
* Updated gstreamer1.0-meta-base to include this change:
1.gstsouphttpsrc plugin was renamed to gstsoup

makes gstreamer1.0-plugins-base-alsa depend on COMBINED_FEATURES.
This is an allarch recipe so this only works if all your machines
have the same MACHINE_FEATURES.
The recipe therefore needs to become machine specific.

Include gstreamer1.0-plugins-base-alsa in gstreamer1.0-meta-base only
if "alsa" is present in both MACHINE and DISTRO features.
Note that building of the plugin by gstreamer1.0-plugins-base is
already conditional (based on the "alsa" DISTRO feature).

Only add plugins-ugly or plugins-bad to the DEPENDS if they are
added to the COMMERCIAL_AUDIO_PLUGINS or COMMERCIAL_VIDEO_PLUGINS.

The base_contains is kept as a compatibility method and we ought to
not use it in OE-Core so we can remove it from base metadata in
future.
