Yet again these were checking out 1.8.2 tags and then trying to apply 1.10.4
patches on top.
Clearly nobody is actually using them, so delete them so they can't go stale
again.

If the file is expected to exist, then we should always be using require
so that if it doesn't we get an error rather than some other more
obscure failure later on.

The LIBAV_EXTRA_CONFIGURE_COMMON_ARG definition is now common to both
the git and the versioned gstreamer1.0-libav recipes, so move it into
gstreamer1.0-libav.inc

The versioned gstreamer1.0-libav recipe includes --ranlib in
LIBAV_EXTRA_CONFIGURE_COMMON_ARG, but the git recipe does not.
It appears to be a historical mistake.

Move the ARM_INSTRUCTION_SET over-rides for armv4/armv5 out of the
1.6.3 recipe and into the common include, so that they also apply to
the git recipe.
The autogen.sh script takes care of cd'ing to the correct directory
before it does anything, so we don't need to cd on its behalf any more
in do_configure_prepend().

The autogen.sh script lies in the srcdir ($S) and is required to be run on git
based checkouts of gstreamer packages in order to generate initial
makefiles. So, we fix this by cd'ing to the specific dir, run the required
script and then come back to our initial dir which is builddir ($B).
Additionally rather than overriding the whole do_configure step we only _prepend
to make it clear what we are doing here.

This avoids a compile failure locating ranlib by providing

It's not necessary to specify the protocol parameter when it's the
default protocol for the fetcher, e.g. the default protocol for
git fetcher it git, "protocol=git" isn't needed.

Originally from the https://github.com/dv1/meta-gstreamer1.0 repository,
the patches were copied with only one change:
gstreamer1.0-plugins-package.inc was removed, since gst-plugins-package.inc
is identical except for the LIBV variable.
