This reverts commit a46a23fed9acd097ecc8ab3985d18688abe7b065.
The 64bit/32bit multilib builds break because the kernel's
firmware loader cannot find the firmware because it
gets placed int the wrong directory.

These alternatives are only used to provide an unversioned brcmfmac-sdio.bin,
which was required by kernels prior to 3.13. As these alternatives all have the
same priority there's no determinism in which one is selected, and current
kernels (since January 2014) use the appropriately versioned firmware names.

Add rtl8188 rtl8712 rtl8723 rtl8821 packages to install only firmware for the
corresponding chipset. Uses a rather blunt approach by simply adding all firmware
files with matching prefix, to keep the package count down a bit.

Package the carl9170 binary firmware separately because it is needed
by various usb dongles and installing whole linux-firmware is overkill.
carl9170 is an atheros-based firmware, the succesor of ar9170 which is
deprecated and its driver (ar9170) was removed from the kernel tree.
carl9170 comes both as a binary blob and also with free sources; the
sources are deleted in linux-firmware.bb to avoid depeding on bash/etc.
Also we should keep ar9170 as is because OOT drivers might still use it.
The license for carl9170 is GPLv2 (sources are beside the bin in the
linux-firmware git repo).

This recipe packages six alternatives to brcmfmac-sdio.bin but as they all have
equal priority there is no determinism on what provider will be used if they are
all installed.
Arbitrarily select 4339 to be the highest priority.

linux-firmware: break out bnx2 mips firmware and WHENCE license
Break out the bnx2 mips firmware into an independent subpackage.
Since the bnx2 firmware license is contained in the common WHENCE file
also package that separately so that other firmware that is licensed
within that file may depend upon a standalone package containing it.

Each firmware has their own license, it was a kind of a mess to
leave the license as Proprietary and we got a lot warnings like:
WARNING: The license listed Firmware-atheros_firmware was not in the
licenses collected for linux-firmware
To fix this and make it more clear:
- Fix some incorrect license names.
- Add all license files into common-licenses in previous commit.
- Add all licenses and their md5 values in alphabetical order.
- Add pn-*-license to split up per firmware package and pn-license for others.
- Re-order the codes for each split-out firmware as:
LICENSE_*, FILES_*, RDEPENDS_*

It turns out we have quite a number of Makefiles out there without a
clean target. Rather than have all cases code an empty do_configure, add
a CLEANBROKEN variable which when set to "1" will disable the attempt to
"make clean".
This patch also adjusts various recipes which either have this problem
fixed, or have been reported to have make clean failures.

A lot of our recipes had short one-line DESCRIPTION values and no
SUMMARY value set. In this case it's much better to just set SUMMARY
since DESCRIPTION is defaulted from SUMMARY anyway and then the SUMMARY
is at least useful. I also took the opportunity to fix up a lot of the
new SUMMARY values, making them concisely explain the function of the
recipe / package where possible.

The carl9170fw is unbuilt, needs specialise toolchains, cmake and so on
so we might as well delete it (and lose the bash dependnecy).
Equally, the top level bash dependency from the empty configure script is
pointless.

The FILES / RDEPENDS lines were added for this package, but not the
entry in PACKAGES, so it was never being created.

Fixes [YOCTO #5110]
Add support for the iwlwifi 7260 adapters. This creates a new package
and includes support in the default linux-firmware (everything) package.
Update the iwlwifi and radeon license checksums. Extensions to the
copyright date ranges were the only change to the LICENSE files.

It's not necessary to specify the protocol parameter when it's the
default protocol for the fetcher, e.g. the default protocol for
git fetcher it git, "protocol=git" isn't needed.

package names in this recipe. Thanks to Trevor Woerner for pointing this
