xsettings-client is not meant to be a shared library and the only
user in oe-core (libmatchbox) now has an in-tree copy.

Fixed:
* Move the code of copy COPYING file from do_configure_append() to
do_patch[postfuncs] since we had moved license-checksum from
do_package_qa to do_populate_lic.
* Add xsettings-client.c and xsettings-common.c to LIC_FILES_CHKSUM.
* Update comments.

This patch to configure.ac to change the default CFLAGS from -Os to
-O2 was added in 2010 as a workaround for a ppc specific bug which
affected gcc 4.5.x:
http://git.openembedded.org/openembedded-core/commit/?id=ce456306dad3fdf42494830011dacae213c48edf
The bug in gcc was fixed upstream in gcc 4.6.x and backported to the
gcc 4.5.1 recipe in oe-core, making disable_Os_option.patch obsolete.

As discussed on the mailing list, this variable isn't useful and if wanted
would be better implemented by distros using pn-X overrides.
This patch executes:
find . -regex ".*\.\(bb\|inc\)$" | xargs sed -i '/^PRIORITY = ".*"$/d'
against the tree removing the referenced. Thanks to Phil Blundell for
the command.

If not configured with --enable-target-optspace, gcc will report
errors if there is '-Os' optimization in parameters.
This fixes [BUGID #342]
Also add "--enable-target-optspace" option to arm gcc configuration.

Having one monolithic packages directory makes it hard to find things
and is generally overwhelming. This commit splits it into several
logical sections roughly based on function, recipes.txt gives more
information about the classifications used.
The opportunity is also used to switch from "packages" to "recipes"
as used in OpenEmbedded as the term "packages" can be confusing to
people and has many different meanings.
Not all recipes have been classified yet, this is just a first pass
at separating things out. Some packages are moved to meta-extras as
they're no longer actively used or maintained.
