The problem with filter_out is that it expands the variable meaning overrides
to sub components can get lost. This has happening to the security flags
meaning directfb failed in lsb builds.
Use _remove instead of filter_out since it gives much more predictable results.

This adds a binconfig-disabled class which can be used by recipes where
a -config file is installed but we wish to disable it and just rely on
the .pc files instead.
Rather than simply deleting it, we make the script "exit 1" so that it
can be found in PATH and raise a build error rather than something
silently falling back to the build system for example.
Rather than randomly finding -config files, this adds in the
specification of a list of binconfig scripts which is more deterministic
and maintainable moving forward.
This patch converts various users in OE-Core to use this, a world build
of OE-Core tests out ok with this change. There will likely be issues in
other layers however, hence this being a RFT.

Remove all PR = "r0" from all .bb files in oe-core. This was done
with the command sed -e '/^PR.*=.*r0\"/d' recipes*/*/*.bb -i
We've switching to the PR server, PR bumps are no longer needed and
this saves people either accidentally bumping them or forgetting to
remove the lines (r0 is the default anyway).

We are currently getting build failures of projects that rely on
being able to access DirectFB's internal include directories, as
returned via pkg-config, since the include paths returned by
pkg-config are incomplete.
The reason for that is the patch that is being removed with this
change. It modified the cflags returned by pkg-config in an
incorrect way, causing us to miss important include paths:
For reference, pkg-config output with incorrect patch applied:
ad@bril0118 #513 ~> pkg-config --cflags directfb-internal
-D_GNU_SOURCE -D_REENTRANT -I<builddir>/tmp/sysroots/<machine>/usr/include/directfb -I<builddir>/tmp/sysroots/<machine>/usr/include
Now, with the incorrect patch removed, the output is as expected:
ad@bril0118 #514 ~> pkg-config --cflags directfb-internal
-D_GNU_SOURCE -D_REENTRANT -I<builddir>/tmp/sysroots/<machine>/usr/include/directfb-internal -I<builddir>/tmp/sysroots/<machine>/usr/include/directfb
Overall, the removed patch is not needed - pkg-config does the right
thing these days and we can simply use the correctly working upstream
versions of all DirectFB .pc files.

redefinitions
The macro was renamed to __dfb_no_instrument_function__ . This will avoid build
errors while compiling gst-plugins-bad with directfb support.
This happens because gstreamer uses this macro to pass it to __attribute__. So,
if we include directfb.h before, the gstreamer definition will end up:
__attribute__ ((__attribute__((no_instrument_function)))).

Change check sum of directfb. The previous checksum was incorrect when it
was added due to a corrupted download on the submitter's system.

The newest version for directfb is 1.5.3 but it's instruction set base on armv6.
The current qemuarm don't have some instructions for armv6 because some codes of \
the new version of directfb more than 1.5 are realized with assemble language, for example the lock. \
I update this recipe to 1.4.15 for directfb running more platform.

Add more detailed SUMMARY and DESCRIPTIONS to various graphics and
graphics related components. I've recently gotten question from users
what something is, or why it was needed.. this should go a long way toward
answering those questions.
Many of the descriptions were taken directly from the upstream location,
where one was not available the Debian packages were consulted for
information.

This package has been added from meta-openembedded in order to be able to
build qt4-embedded. The only change was to remove do_install() which was
exactly the same as autotools_do_install().
