The infozip FTP server appears to have been taken down, so change the SRC_URI to
point at their SourceForge project.
Also as the SRC_URI can't be generated from the version and there is no other
user of the .inc, merge the .bb and .inc together.

1. redirect the stderr output of the command exec with -l option to
/dev/null.
Because when we run command exec with -l option in builtins.tests,
it is a login shell, so it would read the file /etc/profile, that
file executes the /usr/bin/resize which added by commit:
cc6360f4c4d97e0000f9d3545f381224ee99ce7d
The /usr/bin/resize is produced by busybox that source code resize.c
contains:
fprintf(stderr, ESC"7" ESC"[r" ESC"[999;999H" ESC"[6n");
In the end, it outputs an escape sequence to the stderr, so when we
compare the test output file /tmp/xx with builtins.right, it failed.
we need to redirect the stderr output to the /dev/null to solve the
problem.
2. ensure the target system contains the locales "en_US.UTF-8".
Because when run the run-builtins, it executes the source5.sub file
that contain:
LC_ALL=en_US.UTF-8
such as add the following to the local.conf:
IMAGE_LINGUAS_append = " en-us"

Although pbzip2 itself doesn't require any configuring, skipping
do_configure means the 'make clean' step performed by the default
base.bbclass do_configure is skipped too, which means that pbzip2
may not be rebuilt if something it depends on has changed (e.g. if
libbz2 has been modified).

ac_cv_sizeof_off_t was previously in the site cache files, which was breaking
large file support and required a workaround in each recipe that actually wanted
to use large files.
Now that the entry has been removed from the site cache, we can remove the
workarounds.

It checks ${CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX}/share/man when configure, but it may
not exist when crosscompile, for example, when CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX="/",
it is OK, but when CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX="/some/path/else", then it
doesn't exist, and the man dir would be set to "/usr/man" which is
incorrect.

The correct name for the bzip2 shared library is libbz2.so.1.0.6, not
libbz2.so.0.0.0. Pass -version-info to libtool to correct this.
Also fix the configure.ac so that is doesn't mention libXrender and has the
right version.

Initially I was reluctant to do this however makeinfo is a dependency
of the buildsystem and only adds around 400kb to the buildtools-tarball
so it likely makes sense to add it. This allows people to use
the project on older environments.
Need to enable nativesdk-texinfo but this seems straightforward.

The configure script was using the cross-compiler for feature tests,
which fails to execute when the target is different than the host.
Change the script to use the build compiler instead, but use the
target include files to check for the target features.

Fixed the build error when building man.config.5 (a remnant of a long
ago previous patch). Optimized the manpages Makefile for parallel
builds. Drop a FHS patch that is no longer needed, as the standard
Makefile puts the man pages in the proper location. Also, fix compile
warnings in a couple other files.

The Makefile for man has a rule to create two generated targets with
a program run from the shell. Because the rule was run twice, with
parallel make, the generated files were being overwritten at the same
time they were being compiled. This patch forces the rule to be run
only once.

The 2016c release of the tz code and data is available. Its most urgent change is for Asia/Baku, where the update takes effect this weekend.
This release reflects the following changes, which were either circulated on the tz mailing list or are relatively minor technical or administrative changes:
Changes affecting future time stamps
Azerbaijan no longer observes DST. (Thanks to Steffen Thorsen.)
Chile reverts from permanent to seasonal DST. (Thanks to Juan
Correa for the heads-up, and to Tim Parenti for corrections.)
Guess that future transitions are August's and May's second
Saturdays at 24:00 mainland time. Also, call the period from
2014-09-07 through 2016-05-14 daylight saving time instead of
standard time, as that seems more appropriate now.
Changes affecting past time stamps
Europe/Kaliningrad and Europe/Vilnius changed from +03/+04 to
+02/+03 on 1989-03-26, not 1991-03-31. Europe/Volgograd changed
from +04/+05 to +03/+04 on 1988-03-27, not 1989-03-26.
(Thanks to Stepan Golosunov.)
Changes to commentary
Several updates and URLs for historical and proposed Russian changes.
(Thanks to Stepan Golosunov, Matt Johnson, and Alexander Krivenyshev.)

In last patch it covered out the non-glibc case well
but did not define else case, when __GLIBC__ is not
defined, as a result errors like
| getcpu01.c:107:41: error: use of undeclared identifier 'sys_support'
| if (((tst_kvercmp(2, 6, 20)) < 0) || !(sys_support)) {
appeared, fixed it with this updated patch

matter which option is given: with-selinux, without-selinux.

updated SRC_URI to http as it seems more stable.
Changes affecting future time stamps
New zones Europe/Astrakhan and Europe/Ulyanovsk for Astrakhan and
Ulyanovsk Oblasts, Russia, both of which will switch from +03 to +04 on
2016-03-27 at 02:00 local time. They need distinct zones since their
post-1970 histories disagree. New zone Asia/Barnaul for Altai Krai and
Altai Republic, Russia, which will switch from +06 to +07 on the same date
and local time. Also, Asia/Sakhalin moves from +10 to +11 on 2016-03-27
at 02:00. (Thanks to Alexander Krivenyshev for the heads-up, and to
Matt Johnson and Stepan Golosunov for followup.)
As a trial of a new system that needs less information to be made up,
the new zones use numeric time zone abbreviations like "+04"
instead of invented abbreviations like "ASTT".
Haiti will not observe DST in 2016. (Thanks to Jean Antoine via
Steffen Thorsen.)
Palestine's spring-forward transition on 2016-03-26 is at 01:00, not 00:00.
(Thanks to Hannah Kreitem.) Guess future transitions will be March's last
Saturday at 01:00, not March's last Friday at 24:00.
Changes affecting past time stamps
Europe/Chisinau observed DST during 1990, and switched from +04 to
+03 at 1990-05-06 02:00, instead of switching from +03 to +02.
(Thanks to Stepan Golosunov.)
1991 abbreviations in Europe/Samara should be SAMT/SAMST, not
KUYT/KUYST. (Thanks to Stepan Golosunov.)

change SRC_URI http seems more reliable
Changes to code
tzselect's diagnostics and checking, and checktab.awk's checking,
have been improved. (Thanks to J William Piggott.)
tzcode now builds under MinGW. (Thanks to Ian Abbott and Esben Haabendal.)
tzselect now tests Julian-date TZ settings more accurately.
(Thanks to J William Piggott.)
Changes to commentary
Comments in zone tables have been improved. (Thanks to J William Piggott.)
tzselect again limits its menu comments so that menus fit on a
24x80 alphanumeric display.
A new web page tz-how-to.html. (Thanks to Bill Seymour.)
In the Theory file, the description of possible time zone abbreviations in
tzdata has been cleaned up, as the old description was unclear and
inconsistent. (Thanks to Alain Mouette for reporting the problem.)
