in multilibcase, PN has multilib prefix, so it is not
correct to use PN in SRC_URI and S. instead, we've
dedicately pruned multilib prefix in BPN, so BPN is
the right alternative for PN.

As discussed on the mailing list, this variable isn't useful and if wanted
would be better implemented by distros using pn-X overrides.
This patch executes:
find . -regex ".*\.\(bb\|inc\)$" | xargs sed -i '/^PRIORITY = ".*"$/d'
against the tree removing the referenced. Thanks to Phil Blundell for
the command.

Additionally bring in the nis headers which will be
required when using eglibc 2.14 where rpc support
is removed.
Make it provide virtual/librpc
