These tools are relics of an earlier time when the Zaurus devices were
reference platforms - these days they are no longer needed. It seems
amazing that they survived earlier purges.

There is no runqemu-internal anymore, and it is a python script now
which requires several python modules.

Fixes [YOCTO #4497]
Usage of FILESPATH is discouraged, since it can make recipes harder to
bbappend. Instead FILESEXTRAPATHS should be used to extend the path.
However in nativesdk-qemu-helper no FILESPATH additions are currently needed so
instead it should be removed.

Setting DESCRIPTION to the same value as SUMMARY doesn't do anything,
since the value of DESCRIPTION will be derived from SUMMARY if not
specified.

As discussed on the mailing lists, using a suffix to package names is
hard and has lead to many recipes having to do PKGSUFFIX games. Its
looking extremely hard to scale nativesdk much further without hacking
many recipes.
By comparison, using a prefix like multilib does works much better and
doesn't involve "hacking" as many recipes. This change converts nativesdk
to use a prefix using the existing multilib infrastructure.
