In particular this fixes conflicts between master and jethro builds affecting the main autobuilder. Use PV = "1.42.13+git${SRCPV}" to fix the problem. 1.42.13 is the latest e2fsprogs 1.42 version. However, the type size checking in parse-types.sh doesn't make much sense in case of cross compilation. This is because that the typedef statements in asm_types.h are for the target machine while the generated binary in parse-types.sh script is executed on build machine. This patch fixes such problem. Make duplicated code in debugfs/Makefile.in and misc/Makefile.in is not a good idea, maybe we'd better define CREATE_INODE_DEPS in the top Makefile, I'd like to send another patch and fix the e2freefrag if you are fine with it.
