In some recipes overly-split -dbg packages were merged into PN-dbg. Unless
there's a very good reason, recipes should have a single -dev and -dbg package.

1. Upgrade to fix the several CVEs: CVE-2014-0488, CVE-2014-0490
2. Remove apt-0.9.9.4-CVE-2014-0478.patch, which was backport.
3. Romve no-ko-translation.patch, apt-1.0.9.9 has ko translation
4. Update use-host.patch no-curl.patch db_linking_hack.patch and
noconfigure.patch
5. Not build the test cases since it requires gtest
6. install libapt-private.so.* to libdir, otherwise this file is
not installed into sysroot for native, and apt-get will use host's,
and lead to fail
7. Revert apt commit[a2a75ff45]"always run 'dpkg --configure -a'
at the end of our dpkg callings" for native package, otherwise
the postscript for these installed packages will be run, and fail
since the rootfs dir is not considered
8. Add lzma dependency by PACKAGECONFIG for target, and add xz
dependency for native
9. Support to compile apt-native on centos6

A lot of our recipes had short one-line DESCRIPTION values and no
SUMMARY value set. In this case it's much better to just set SUMMARY
since DESCRIPTION is defaulted from SUMMARY anyway and then the SUMMARY
is at least useful. I also took the opportunity to fix up a lot of the
new SUMMARY values, making them concisely explain the function of the
recipe / package where possible.

When the length of the tmpdir is longer than 400, there is an error
when run "apt-get update":
Method file has died unexpectedly!
This is because the "char S[1024]" is not enough for long URI, S[2048]
would be enough.

when the tmpdir dir is longer than 220, there is no files saved in
tmp/sysroots/x86_64-linux/var/lib/apt/lists/ after run apt-get update,
this is because apt-get uses the path as the file name, but the file
name can't be longer than 255 according to /usr/include/linux/limits.h.

apt do_compile failed with gcc 4.7:
deb/deblistparser.cc: In member function 'virtual short unsigned int debListParser::VersionHash()':
deb/deblistparser.cc:212:13: error: redeclaration of 'char* I'
deb/deblistparser.cc:202:22: error: 'const char** I' previously declared here
Backport the patch from the upstream would fix the problem, both target and
native apt need it.

apt wasn't building on modern libc/compiler combinations due to missing
header includes.
The libcpp version was also being hardcoded, this patch generates it
dynamically to work on different host systems which no longer have
this.

Having one monolithic packages directory makes it hard to find things
and is generally overwhelming. This commit splits it into several
logical sections roughly based on function, recipes.txt gives more
information about the classifications used.
The opportunity is also used to switch from "packages" to "recipes"
as used in OpenEmbedded as the term "packages" can be confusing to
people and has many different meanings.
Not all recipes have been classified yet, this is just a first pass
at separating things out. Some packages are moved to meta-extras as
they're no longer actively used or maintained.
