This is the result of automated script conversion:
scripts/contrib/convert-overrides.py <oe-core directory>
converting the metadata to use ":" as the override character instead of "_".

Split out the packages added for Eclipse remote debugging to a separate
package group so that we can avoid pulling them in if not using Eclipse.
Fixes [YOCTO #3251].
