* meta-ide-support: exclude this recipe from rm_workbrian avery2017-04-051-0/+1
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | The results of meta-ide-support are used by utilities like runqemu and runqemu-extract-sdk. Since the usr/bin that meta-ide-support creates is subsequently removed bu rm_work, we exclude this recipe from the rm_work list. * Remove LIC_FILES_CHKSUM from recipes without SRC_URIOlaf Mandel2016-10-281-2/+0
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | LICENSE and LIC_FILES_CHKSUM apply to the sources specified by SRC_URI, not to the recipe itself. As such a license declaration for a source-less recipe makes little sense. The LICENSE declaration is mandatory, but LIC_FILES_CHKSUM can be removed in such cases. Remove the LIC_FILES_CHKSUM declarations from all recipes that do not need it. * meta-ide-support: inherit nopackagesJackie Huang2016-09-031-1/+1
| | | | | | | | | | | The recipe is to generate an environment script in do_populate_ide_support for using an IDE and it doesn't generate packages at all, so inherit nopackages (From OE-Core rev: 68e06f1782253d1b9c8d8c4d818bc4915b93d257) Signed-off-by: Jackie Huang <jackie.huang@windriver.com> Signed-off-by: Richard Purdie <richard.purdie@linuxfoundation.org>
* meta-ide-support: No need to mark as nostamp anymoreRichard Purdie2015-10-011-1/+0
| | | | | | | | | With the modern checksum infrastructure, this is no longer needed (much in the same way images no longer need this). (From OE-Core rev: 30e83bbc3f90b4cd4caf8ad7ca847267ae50cf7e) Signed-off-by: Richard Purdie <richard.purdie@linuxfoundation.org>
* Remove remnants of deleted "do_package_write" task.Robert P. J. Day2014-08-111-1/+0
| | | | | | | | | | As the do_package_write() task is listed as deleted, remove the few remaining references. (From OE-Core rev: 201d572ab5c57cda1b332356a3b7711bc346696e) Signed-off-by: Robert P. J. Day <rpjday@crashcourse.ca> Signed-off-by: Richard Purdie <richard.purdie@linuxfoundation.org>
* binutils/gcc/gdb: Add TARGET_ARCH to PN for all cross recipesRichard Purdie2014-04-301-1/+1
| | | | | | | | | This allows them to co-exist together in the native sysroot, with one set of cross tools per target architecture. (From OE-Core rev: a2c5509520d5c3e082f55844e6545d0309565f8f) Signed-off-by: Richard Purdie <richard.purdie@linuxfoundation.org>
* unfs3, unfs-server: Replace all instances of unfs-server with unfs3Jason Wessel2014-01-281-1/+1
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | Other recipes dependencies and even some comments need to be updated for the removal of unfs-server and the replacement with unfs3. The unfs3 is a complete drop in replacement providing all the prior functionality of NFSv2 but also adding NFSv3. * Add missing SUMMARY valuesPaul Eggleton2014-01-021-0/+1
| | | | | | | | | | | | These recipes all had a long DESCRIPTION but no SUMMARY; since the SUMMARY is often displayed alone by package managers and the default value ("${PN} version ${PV}") isn't particularly useful, we should always try to set SUMMARY. * meta-ide-support: Add native qemu support for meta-ide-supportJessica Zhang2012-07-181-2/+2
| | | | | | | | | | | | [YOCTO #2761] This patch fixed the issue that after "bitbake meta-ide-support" and try to start qemu and it will fail. This is due to the meta-ide-support lacking dependency for qemu native and ended up using qemu under /usr/bin. Fix the issue by adding dependency for qemu native in meta-ide-support and also add the path info in the environment-setup script. * Meta: Recipe ReogranizationSaul Wold2010-11-221-0/+14
This is the next stage of recipe reorganization, in this stage many recipes where moved to a new meta-demoapps layer since this is more appropriate for demo usage then the core. Additional some recipes were moved to meta-extras to indicate they may be depercated at a future time. A number of recipes were modified since dependencies need to be corrected.
