Start to remove the various overrides and patches related to uclibc which are no longer needed. uclibc support in a layer would still be possible. I have strong reasons to believe nobody is still using uclibc since patches are missing and I doubt the metadata even parses anymore. The work in resolving this was partially completed a while back. This adds in the markup mainly for gtk/gtk3+ recipes and means "bitbake world" will work successfully. Rather than code the gtk/gtk+ specific distro features into each recipe, a shared variable is used.
