* trace-cmd: removeRoss Burton2018-06-271-2/+0
| | | | | | | | | Perf is superior in most ways and is preferred. (From OE-Core rev: bcdaa93dc70411da8876364ae67d0bf2456a3611) Signed-off-by: Ross Burton <ross.burton@intel.com> Signed-off-by: Richard Purdie <richard.purdie@linuxfoundation.org>
* mktemp: removeRoss Burton2018-06-211-1/+0
| | | | | | | | | | | | | Both busybox and coreutils provide mktemp, and the only difference between those (and standalone mktemp) is that coreutils supports --suffix. Also mktemp.org has disappeared, so it's fair to assume that the standalone mktemp (last released in 2010) is dead. (From OE-Core rev: 59a825ca1e08a7e47fcbc807606103d463280e6c) Signed-off-by: Ross Burton <ross.burton@intel.com> Signed-off-by: Richard Purdie <richard.purdie@linuxfoundation.org>

| | | | | | | | | | | | | Xorg upstream have replaced the individual xorg proto repositories with one master repository. This converts to the new system. The only one not included is calibrateproto which was depreciated entirely and replaced be xinput. We can drop this entirely. * nativesdk-postinst-intercept: remove the recipeAlexander Kanavin2018-04-051-1/+0
| | | | | | | | | | | | Its use required a script from an external repo which hasn't been updated in 4 years, the recipe itself is out of date (doesn't install all intercepts), and there is no oe-selftest or documentation for this. If anyone still wants this, please do it in a separate layer. (From OE-Core rev: 1fbae102fde54c9e7a0d74a4cda9900cd17640d6) Signed-off-by: Alexander Kanavin <alexander.kanavin@linux.intel.com> Signed-off-by: Richard Purdie <richard.purdie@linuxfoundation.org>
* latencytop: remove recipeAlexander Kanavin2018-03-041-1/+0
| | | | | | | | | | Last commit and release were in 2009; website is down; it's a dead project. (From OE-Core rev: 36aae56e7f86a4d5ce93e4528e7dcc42f60c705e) Signed-off-by: Alexander Kanavin <alexander.kanavin@linux.intel.com> Signed-off-by: Ross Burton <ross.burton@intel.com> Signed-off-by: Richard Purdie <richard.purdie@linuxfoundation.org>
* hostap-utils: remove obsolete driverRoss Burton2017-11-211-1/+0
| | | | | | | | | | HostAP is the user-space part of the Intersil Prism 2/2.5/3 wifi chipset. It's also a decade old and obsolete, so remove it from oe-core. (From OE-Core rev: 63be0678bbe3c3809cdd75f1aabd8e031341719a) Signed-off-by: Ross Burton <ross.burton@intel.com> Signed-off-by: Richard Purdie <richard.purdie@linuxfoundation.org>
* oprofile: remove the recipeAlexander Kanavin2017-11-091-1/+0
| | | | | | | | | | Perf is the preferred solution, and oprofile is difficult to maintain against musl. (From OE-Core rev: 5f470aed944c941b339652961a13266389288739) Signed-off-by: Alexander Kanavin <alexander.kanavin@linux.intel.com> Signed-off-by: Richard Purdie <richard.purdie@linuxfoundation.org>
* distro_alias.inc: update unmap packages to other distroShen Joon Tan2017-07-171-0/+7
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | Added packages with different names or based on sources that generates multiple binaries eg: python-pycurl source generates python3-pycurl as well. Currently, some of these packages are not displayed as part of other distro due to naming differences on the source rather than the binaries as a single source could produce multiple binaries with different names. * python-pycurl: remove the recipeAlexander Kanavin2017-06-281-1/+0
| | | | | | | | | | Nothing is using it in oe-core or meta-oe layers. * gummiboot: Remove/change gummiboot references with systemd-bootAlejandro Hernandez2017-01-091-1/+1
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | After systemd-boot was introduced, its been tested for a while with no major issues being found until now, this patch completely replaces all gummiboot instances with systemd-boot ones, taking the next step into cleaning up systemd-boot/gummiboot. * x11-common: Merge into xserver-nodm-initJussi Kukkonen2016-11-301-1/+0
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | Move the (non-factual) x utils dependencies from x11-common to x11 packagegroup. Remove some obsolete configuration from x11-common: * Xsession.d/12keymap.sh: commented out xmodmap call for kdrive * default.xmodmap: xmodmap file used by 12keymap.sh * Xdefaults: rxvt configuration At this point x11-common is just /etc/X11/Xsession and three non-intrusive Xsession scripts: make these explicitly part of xserver-nodm-init. RCONFLICT with the versions of xserver-common that also provide these files. VIRTUAL-RUNTIME_xserver_common is no longer a real abstraction but preserve the setting for backwards compatibility (if the variable is set to "xserver-common", the right thing still happens). | | | | | | | | | | Remove xtscal, pointercal and tslib reference from distro_alias.inc file since we moved those recipes from oe-core (From OE-Core rev: 7bcb388edf49b43b5642396cf1fb1036ed36e425) Signed-off-by: Maxin B. John <maxin.john@intel.com> Signed-off-by: Richard Purdie <richard.purdie@linuxfoundation.org>
* augeas: remove from oe-coreRoss Burton2016-08-041-1/+0
| | | | | | | | | Nothing in oe-core uses this, so it's been moved to meta-oe. (From OE-Core rev: 89cafc6dcf6425c2e33270dac37f7649ccbffa33) Signed-off-by: Ross Burton <ross.burton@intel.com> Signed-off-by: Richard Purdie <richard.purdie@linuxfoundation.org>
* libxsettings-client: Remove as unneededJussi Kukkonen2016-07-201-1/+0
| | | | | | | | | | | xsettings-client is not meant to be a shared library and the only user in oe-core (libmatchbox) now has an in-tree copy. (From OE-Core rev: ed5cbf977dca8f3d85c8d933071c6e49fb4bd95f) Signed-off-by: Jussi Kukkonen <jussi.kukkonen@intel.com> Signed-off-by: Ross Burton <ross.burton@intel.com> Signed-off-by: Richard Purdie <richard.purdie@linuxfoundation.org>
* distro_alias.inc: remove directfb related referencesMaxin B. John2016-07-101-3/+0
| | | | | | | | | | | remove directfb related references from distro_alias.inc as part of moving directfb from oe-core (From OE-Core rev: 203e6d1ee7a0cbf954ab52fc5f047da100b0a73f) Signed-off-by: Maxin B. * oprofileui: removeRoss Burton2016-06-151-2/+0
| | | | | | | | | | | oprofileui doesn't work anymore with not-so-recent changes to the oprofile command line interface, and perf is becoming the expected profiling solution so any future profiling tools should be using that instead. (From OE-Core rev: 324f7cea3e73eb3f64cdfa221398797ddd2b50e9) Signed-off-by: Ross Burton <ross.burton@intel.com> Signed-off-by: Richard Purdie <richard.purdie@linuxfoundation.org>

* python-pygtk: remove the recipeAlexander Kanavin2016-03-121-1/+0
| | | | | | | | | | | python-pygtk hasn't been updated in several years, is incompatible with the current version of pygobject, and is generally obsolete as all modern python gtk apps use introspection directly. (From OE-Core rev: 14f62d1663b7a9082b8026cd5d22eea66ad75174) Signed-off-by: Alexander Kanavin <alexander.kanavin@linux.intel.com> Signed-off-by: Richard Purdie <richard.purdie@linuxfoundation.org>
* adt-installer: Drop since its replaced by the extensible SDKRichard Purdie2016-02-281-1/+0
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | The extensible SDK replaces adt-installer so this can be removed now, all future effort in this direction will be placed onto that. This includes a layer version change so the autobuilder knows when to stop building adt-installer. * gtk-theme-torturer: remove from oe-coreRoss Burton2016-02-061-1/+0
| | | | | | | | | | | This recipe is very old, unmaintained, not used at all in OE-Core, and not useful in a world that has moved to GTK+ 3 (even if Sato is slow at catching up). (From OE-Core rev: d9ecac4828cb316230c3681670e7bf6d197e3a30) Signed-off-by: Ross Burton <ross.burton@intel.com> Signed-off-by: Richard Purdie <richard.purdie@linuxfoundation.org>

| | | | | | | | | | | | Together with the move to meta-oe, all references to x11vnc should be removed from oe-core. There are three of these: a distro alias, a packagegroup rdepends and a runtime test. (From OE-Core rev: cfd1e4bcd66a9a542007115647cadb8480330fab) Signed-off-by: Ioan-Adrian Ratiu <adrian.ratiu@ni.com> Signed-off-by: Ross Burton <ross.burton@intel.com> Signed-off-by: Richard Purdie <richard.purdie@linuxfoundation.org>
* qt4: remove recipes and classesAlexander Kanavin2016-01-071-20/+0
