As a result, validate_branches is adjusting the tree to build the proper SRCREV. For machines with board specific commits this means that some of their commits are missing, which leads to boot failure. Introduce a new Makefile function cc-disable-warning that does this and update two uses of cc-option in the toplevel Makefile.
