Fixes [YOCTO #12370]
Added a new chapter to the newly created Yocto Project Overview
Manual. This chapter originated from the YP Reference Manual and
was the old chapter 3, which talked a lot about various concepts.
This information is better suited for the new overview manual.
The change involved moving the entire chapter and renaming it.
This move of the content affected many, many external references
and links into the old area. Consequently, I had to recast all
these links from the different manual.
Changes also included fixing the mega-manual.xml file so that it
would include the new overview manual as part of it.
Many figures had to be relocated as part of the move as well. This
meant deleting them from the ref-manual/figures folder and putting
them into the overview-manual/figures folder.

I updated the figure for this section to include some stuff
for the extensible SDK. I updated the text supporting the
figure to cover the different SDKs and the different SDK
variable sets.

Added the SDKPATH variable to figure. It was missing.
Also, had to adjust the display parameters to get it to
display decently.

colors. This completes the work on getting the figures to all be
consistent.

I modified the sdg.png figure that shows detail for SDK
generation by creating a spatula-like shape for the general
BitBake box.

Fixes [YOCTO #2808]
Applied review comments to the "Images" and SDK sections that
are part of the "A Closer Look at the Yocto Project Development
Environment" section. Comments from Paul. They resulted
in a single figure being removed and split into two new
figures - one for the image part and one for the sdk part.
Some terminology issues were cleaned up in the main sections
as well as the documented variables sections.
Makefile changes involved adding the two new figures and
removing the old combined one.
