We changed the folder name of the BitBake User Manual from
"user-manual" to "bitbake-user-manual". This means the
URL for the variable used in poky-ent for the manual needed
to be updated.

I did the following to the yocto-project-qs.xml file:
* I integrated some cross-referencing to the BitBake User Manual in
a few spots.
* I fixed a few grammar items.
* I also noted the super user system uses four cores.
I did the following to poky.ent:
* Added a new variable for links into the BitBake User Manual.
Variable is YOCTO_DOCS_BB_URL.

The YOCTO_ADTINSTALLER_DL_URL variable used to point to the
ADT Installer tarball download area was incorrect. It was set
to "&YOCTO_RELEASE_DL_URL;/adt_installer". Community member
Dusty Clark ran into trouble downloading from the link in the
"Current" documentation version of the Application Developer's
Manual. I fixed the variable to be
YOCTO_ADTINSTALLER_DL_URL "&YOCTO_RELEASE_DL_URL;/adt-installer".

The URL naming convention for the YP Release Notes has changed.
It now takes the following form:
http://www.yoctoproject.org/download/yoctoproject-15-poky-1000
The above is an example for YP Release 1.5 and poky release 10.0.0.
I have set up three new variables in the poky.ent file to somewhat
automate the links in the docs to point to the location of a given
set of release notes:
1. DISTRO_COMPRESSED - set to the DISTRO string with no period
(e.g 15 for 1.5).
2. POKYVERSION_COMPRESSED - set to the poky version with no
periods (e.g. 1000 for 10.0.0).
3. YOCTO_RELEASE_NOTES - set to the full-blown release note
URL.
I made two changes to existing links for the Release Notes. One
was in the dev-manual and one was in the ref-manual.

Fixes [YOCTO #2843]
The poky.ent file has variables to list the essential host

better in the resulting manuals.

Reorganization of the packages section in the YP Quick Start.
These are now ordered still by distro but the listed packages
have been culled down to just the needed ones to run an
image on QEMU with graphical support.
A corresponding section in the reference manual now provides
the comprehensive list of packages for all supported distros.
The section in the reference manual is broken down by
distro and by function.
Finally, four new variables were introduced to track the
essential packages for each of the distros. The variables
are defined in poky.ent and follow the form
<distro>_HOST_PACKAGES_ESSENTIAL. This will make it so
we don't have to maintain this list of essential packages
in multiple places.

Robert P. J. Day pointed out a link in the development manual that
was for the BitBake User Manual. The link resolved to an old,
non-maintained version of BitBake documentation. According to
Richard Purdie, the BitBake docs referenced should be the ones
that ship in the bitbake/doc/manual directory of poky. The
YP docs had been using a variable named BITBAKE_DOCS_URL that
also resolved to the antiquated user manual site. Consequently,
there were many links that needed fixed across both the YP
Development Manual and the YP Reference Manual. Each of these
references now points in general to the bitbake/doc/manual
directory in poky for more information.

We should not use "latest" any longer for this variable. The
string is fine in URLs that might appear on a website but the actual
variable should be set to the release number. This way when we
go to release the version of the docs they do not have to be reset
with a post-release commit to change the variable from "lastest" to
"1.3".

Beth has created a scheme that uses a file named "poky.ent" that
contains a load of variables that can be used throughout the
documents for releases. The variables can be set in the poky.ent
file and then sucked in during the make process to specify
a release.
This commit adds the new file and the changes to the YP QS manual.
