Fixes [YOCTO #2808]
I tweaked the SCM box in the figure so that the connection to
real SCMs is better. This was causing confusion.

Fixes [YOCTO #2808]
Updated several figures to get rid of shadows and gradients in the
colors. This completes the work on getting the figures to all be
consistent.
