After the override syntax change, toaster isn't working correctly. This
is because it uses IMAGE_INSTALL_append instead of IMAGE_INSTALL:append.
This tweaks the code accordingly to fix this.
I have a suspicion that exiting toaster databases may struggle with
the change and there are some migration steps missing for the whole
overrides syntax change step.

enhancements and defects.
Here is the primary driving enhancement:
* Bug 12785 - Support Project Specific configuration for external
tools (e.g. ISS, Eclipse)
- Isolated project-specific configuration page (full Toaster context
hidden)
- Support for new project, reconfigure existing project, and import
existing command line project
- Ability to define variables (e.g. image recipe) and pass them back
to external GUI
- Ability to execute the cloning phase, so that external GUI receive
a buildable project
- Ability to call back to the external GUI when updates are completed
and ready
- Compatibility of above projects with the normal full Toaster interface
- Ability to pass to a 'complete' or 'cancel' web page so that the
external GUI can immediately stop that Toaster instance, and not
leave dangling servers nor edit sessions open
Here are the supporting enhancements, where at least the
back end is implemented:
* Bug 12821 - Make Toaster conf changes compatible with command line usage
* Bug 12822 - Support importing user changes to conf files into Toaster
* Bug 12823 - Support importing user build directories into Toaster
* Bug 12824 - Scan imported layers for content so that they are
immediately available
* Bug 12825 - show layer clone item in progress bar
Here are defects fixed:
* Bug 12817 - builddelete.py requires explicit 'add_arguments'
* Bug 12818 - Remove orphaned imported layers when project is deleted
* Bug 12826 - fix imported layer management
* Bug 12819 - build using selected bitbake env, not Toaster's env
* Bug 12820 - Toaster randomizes the layer order in toaster_bblayers.conf

Validation logic on the project configuration page
prevented a user from adding ${variable} to these paths.
Update validation so a user can see a better message
when they type characters into the text inputs.
Two types of validation are implemented.
Either:
* The value should start with a "/", to allow absolute paths.
or
* The value should start with a "$", to allow bitbake
variables like ${TOPDIR}.

should be removed from projectconf.html file so that users can know that

Removed SDKMACHINE from predefined set of variables
for the project as it causes bitbake build error:
SDKMACHINE is set, but SDK_ARCH has not been changed as a result
This variable does not need to be predefined as it's not used by
toaster.
It's still possible to specify it in project configuration
if needed. SDK_ARCH variable should be set too to avoid above
mentioned build failure.

In the 'add variable' form, the submit button had
a class applied that gave it straight corners on the
left, and rounded corners on the right.
Remove the class so that we have 4 nicely rounded corners.
The patch also removes the unncessary inline styles in the
same button.

in order for the "append" operator to concatenate the values correctly, so we
enforce it in this variable's submit javascript.
