The upgrade to python3 is the final nail in the coffin for image-writer
and the goggle UI. Neither seem used or recieve patches and are based
on old versions of GTK+ so drop them, and the remaining crumbs support
pieces.

Disable the problematic gtk usage for use with pygtkcompat. The following
commit removes these tools/UIs entirely but we may as well leave this
piece in the history in case anyone does want a starting point for reusing
them.

Various misc changes to convert bitbake to python3 which don't warrant
separation into separate commits.

There appears to have been a lot of copy and pasting of the code
which prints tracebacks upon failure and limits the stack trace to
5 entries. This obscures the real error and is very confusing to the user
it look me an age to work out why some tracebacks weren't useful.
This patch removes the limit, making tracebacks much more useful for
debugging.

This is particularly problematic since qemu images switched to ext4 by
default and now cannot work properly with UIs like hob.
This patch adds in ext4 to the appropriate variable fixing this.

Since hig.py was becoming too large (which impacted maintenance and
operations like git merges) it was split into individual files for
the classes that were implemented in hig.py. hig is now a Python
package (lib/bb/ui/crumbs/hig/). The patch was tested by
building core-image-basic/qemux86 in Hob and accessing the various
UI elements implemented in hig. Note that the patch does not change
the functionality of Hob in any way, it's just a code refactoring
that should make life a bit easier for Hob developers.

Create a deploy image tool using the existing dialog including
DeployImageDialog and ImageSelectionDialog.
This tool writes bootable images to USB devices, and it can be run
directly without hob.
