This caused issues because some projects assume the shared libraries first which automatically add in other shared library dependencies. If a derived signature generator is updated, it can set the supports_multiconfig_datacaces property to instruct bitbake it deals with multiconfigs properly. These postinsts, in turn, may call binaries that are only available from the sysroot.
