classes/qmake_base: update .pro hack
This adds support for lconvert and xmlpatterns tools and tweaks the
sed expressions to handle more complex assignments in .pro files like:
LRELEASE = $$targetPath($$[QT_INSTALL_BINS]/lrelease)
