connman-gnome: Add some functionality.
Add offline mode. Add ethernet/wifi enable/disable functionality. Classify each service (ethernet, wifi) into certain group. Do some code clean up. Signed-off-by: Dongxiao Xu <dongxiao.xu@intel.com>
