insane.bbclass:buildpaths: ignore ipkg/dpkg's CONTROL dir
Fixed race issue when:
WARN_QA_append = " buildpaths"
PACKAGE_CLASSES = "package_ipk"
$ bitbake e2fsprogs
[snip]
