bison: fix parallel issue
Fixed:
rm -f src/yacc src/yacc.tmp
echo '#! /bin/sh' >src/yacc.tmp
/bin/bash: src/yacc.tmp: No such file or directory
Makefile:6670: recipe for target 'src/yacc' failed
