bitbake.conf: remove some redundant/unnecessary variable exports
Specifically...
SLOT: apparently redundant, deleted.
STAGING_IDLDIR: likewise
QMAKE_MKSPEC_PATH: no longer exported, moved to qmake_base.bbclass
STAGING_SIPDIR: no longer exported, moved to sip.bbclass
