kernel-fitimage: Handle overlays in EXTERNAL_KERNEL_DEVICETREE
When using EXTERNAL_KERNEL_DEVICETREE, collect DTB overlays too (*.dtbo)
as well as iterating down into sub-directories so using the behaviour
for naming which matches KERNEL_DEVICETREE.
