update-rc.d: Handle multilib case for initscripts
When building multilib, we also have to add the multlib prefix otherwise
we get a WARNING:
WARNING: Multilib QA Issue: lib32-dbus package lib32-dbus - suspicious values 'initscripts-functions' in RDEPENDS
