sstate.bbclass: make SSTATE_PRUNE_OBSOLETEWORKDIR could be overwritten
Define variable SSTATE_PRUNE_OBSOLETEWORKDIR with '?=' in sstate.bbclass,
then it could be overwritten by user configuration.
