rootfs_rpm: setting DEFAULTTUNE for multilib archs

To get the MULTILIB_PACKAGE_ARCHS, we need to get the corresponding
DEFAULTTUNE value. This fixes the multilib arch directory missing issue
in solvedb-ml_archs.conf.
